Dr. Noel Watson, CEO of A-Z Information, has a Ph.D. in Economics with a specialty in International Trade and Finance.  He has worked on projects in nearly all CARIFORUM Member States, the French Caribbean, Canada, the UK, the EU and Africa. He has the competence required to play a major role in most financial, economic and administrative evaluations given his qualifications and experience in that field. His Ph.D. Thesis was an economic evaluation of the Kingston Free Zone in Jamaica which required the knowledge and use of various techniques of cost-benefit. Dr. Watson has over 25 years of experience in the field of Consultancy and many of his assignments have involved research based evaluations of one type or another.
