DIVERSIFICATION STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The overall objective of this project is to contribute to the economic diversification and prosperity of Caribbean OCTs by improving the competitiveness of SMEs in the territories. Further, the assignment seeks to strengthen the capacity of Governments of the Caribbean OCTs to service the business sector by reviewing and improving the regulatory framework and business enabling environment to stimulate the competitiveness of SMEs in the territories.

DEVELOPMENT OF EXPORT COMPETITIVENESS INDEX FOR CARIFORUM MEMBER STATES

This study examined all the export sectors for goods and services in CARIFORUM and developed an index of export competitiveness which can be used by all countries. It involved examining other indices, conducting workshops, developing criteria and indicators.
